How to Order?

We have provided our catalog on our home page that includes almost all the products we offer. View our catalog to choose the products that you want us to manufacture. If you are looking for your own custom designs or any special designs that are not mentioned in our catalog, contact “Muhammad Ali” at [email protected] and he will surely guide you further.

Following are the important things you need to make clear when placing your order:

  • Models or designs of the products
  • Quantity of each design
  • Colors of each design
  • Logo Placement on each design
  • Accessories - in case of scissors (colors of Hooks & Screws)
  • Packaging (Leather Pouches, Kits)
  • Prices associated
  • Shipping Information
  • Payment Terms

Samples

If you want to order samples of our products for your satisfaction & quality check, the minimum acceptable quantity is 20 pieces. These samples will not be free of charge.

Note: Shipping fee will be charged only if products are to be shipped outside our shipping zones. In some zones we charge 50% shipping cost & the other 50% is paid by us.

 

Order Completion

It depends on the number of quantity and orders currently in production. We will let you know the exact time it will take to complete your production. Normally, It takes 10-12 working days for a typical order of 50-60 pieces excluding the shipping.

 

Minimum Quantities

The minimum quantity is 50 pieces per order. It is subject to change only with regular customers in specific circumstances.

 

Payment Policy

Following are the terms of payments.

Method 1: (High Priority Orders)

An advance payment of 100% of total order price is paid before we start the production of your order. When production is complete, we will ship your order.

Method 2: (General Priority Orders)

A payment of 60% of total order price is paid in advance. We will start the production of your order as soon as we receive the payment. When production is complete, we will place your goods to the shipping company. You can track your goods and shipping anywhere anytime. You will have to pay the remaining 40% of the payment.

Payment Modes:

When you place an order, you will receive an invoice from “Muhammad Ali” stating clearly the prices associated to your orders. He will guide you further about the payment process and details.

We accept payment through following methods:

  • Western Union
  • Money Gram
  • Bank Transfer
  • Letter of Credit (For orders of min. 500 Pcs)
