As a partner in a brand, our biggest hurdle to overcome when we started our brand was finding the right manufacturer. This involved a lot of money, time, stress and travelling. By opening this company, we can take this hurdle away from other brands, Leaving you focus on making profit.
Not only can we offer attractive pricing, and superb customer service. But we will source high quality material, manufactured in to your finished product by highly skilled workers. We look to turn your order around as quickly as possible, while keeping the standard of quality high. Although a sample is always recommended, if you are looking to keep costs down, we can send you pictures of the sample for your confirmation instead. We also offer an all-inclusive price, where our total price includes productions costs, shipping from the factory, sourcing the materials etc, leaving you with no nasty surprises.
We can usually make your first sample within 12-14 business days. You will find this is usually quicker but depending on what materials you will use, you must allow for this.
Once you are happy with your sample we can start your bulk order straight away. Although we ask you to allow up to 21 working days for this, the factory can usually turn around the bulk order in around 10 working days. If you have had experience with factories before, you will know that this is a quick production turn around and this process can sometimes take months to complete by other manufacturers.
We always recommend a minimum order of 30 tools per design, as this is the best way to make sure you are getting a good price. Most manufacturers are not interested in you unless you want quantities in the hundreds, but we can offer excellent prices on orders as little as 30 pieces.
If you are having a sample made, we will invoice you for the sample only. Once you have had the sample and wish to proceed with the bulk order, we require a 50% up-front payment, with the final 50% payable when we have completed the order and it is ready to be sent to you.
We accept payment through Bank Transfer, LC and Western Union. Production will start once the payment has cleared in our account.
All of our products are hand-forged providing much sharper edges, made of high quality stainless steel, which is produced in Japan, Korea, Germany or Pakistan.
